Terms of use

These terms govern your use of heytronix.com and the public information about the Heytronix Ecosystem (HXES). Use of any specific Heytronix product or service is governed by an additional contract with Heytronix Limited.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the site for lawful, non-commercial information purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with availability.
  • Do not upload, post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful.
  • Do not use automated means to scrape the site beyond what is permitted by /robots.txt.

3. Intellectual property

The site, the Heytronix and HXES marks, the eQuinox name, logos, design system and editorial content are owned by Heytronix Limited or its licensors. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; everything else requires written permission.

4. Forward-looking statements

The site references products and timelines (including the eQuinox general-availability date of Tue 7 Jul 2026, 09:00 WAT) that are subject to change. Information is provided in good faith but does not constitute a binding offer or warranty.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heytronix Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 14 days.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these terms.
