Does Quotara work offline?
Yes. It runs on your PC and your documents stay on your computer. You only need internet to check for updates or to send us a licence request.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer, in your Windows user folder. You can back it up and restore it from inside the app.
What does the free trial include?
Everything, for 14 days. No card needed. After the trial you need a licence to keep creating and editing records; your data stays readable and exportable.
How does the licence work?
A licence key is tied to one PC (its machine code). Request it from About → Buy / Renew licence; we send the key after payment is confirmed.
What if I change my PC?
Send us the new PC's machine code (About screen) and we will issue a replacement key for the remaining period.
What happens when my licence expires?
You can still open the app, view and export everything. To create or change records again, renew.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to Heytronix Limited (Zenith Bank) in Naira or US Dollars. Email your proof of payment and we send your key within one business day.
What if I need help or a template designed?
Email services@heytronix.com or message us on WhatsApp (+234 811 325 6544). Template design starts from ₦3,500.
Is my data sent to Heytronix?
No. Quotara does not send your documents or customers anywhere. The only things we receive are what you choose to send in a licence or template request.
